Morgan Fairchild (born PatsyAnn McClenny Feb. 3 1950) is an iconic American actor. Her fame grew during the 1970s and 1980s due to her roles as an actress on television shows. Her beautiful appearance was the most prominent feature on these shows. Fairchild started her career on The CBS Daytime soap drama Search for Tomorrow as Jennifer Pace between 1973 and 1977. Fairchild began her career in 1973 as Jennifer Pace in CBS's morning soap opera Search for Tomorrow. The actress played Jenna Wade for the first time in the year 1978. Following that she was cast in the lead role on the NBC soap opera Flamingo Road. (For this show, she was awarded a Golden Globe Award nominated Best Actress - Television Series - Drama. The show was a short-lived ABC primetime action drama Paper Dolls. In the following season, from 1985-1986 she played the attorney Jordan Roberts as part of Falcon Crest. Fairchild was also active in theater as well as the roles of guest stars for TV shows such Roseanne Cybill, Friends and Murphy Brown. For the latter she won an Primetime Emmy Award. She is a board member of SAG-AFTRA. Lawson was born in Louisville, Kentucky by her mother who works as the homemaker while her father works as a manager of hotels. Lawson has always been fascinated by acting. As a child she started performing in community theatre productions. Following graduation from an all girls Catholic secondary school.
