Liz Vassey began her acting profession when she was just nine years old. She has since appeared in more than fifty shows and musicals. When she was 16 years old, she made the move into New York in order to be a part of the team of All My Children. The role she played on the show that she received the initial Daytime Emmy nod. Liz has run all of her existence. She made her first film-directing debut in the film The Human Race. The Human Race is a documentary about people who run over 50 years of age. She also played the role of a Mermaid in Flight of the Conchords as and also the main character in The Rift, the Shana Sosin-directed feature The Rift.
