Andrea Elson
Andrea Hope Elson (born in 1961) was a famous American actor. Elson began her career in TV as a child model and actress. Her most well-known character is Alice Tyler, portrayed by Elson on CBS' science fiction series. Andrea tried out to play the lead in ALF, the 1986 hit show. She was a finalist. Andrea was a part of a variety of popular TV shows in addition to Movies of the Weekly for several more seasons before she left the industry to concentrate on her family. Andrea Elson's job as Lynn Tanner, Willie and Kate Tanner's teenage daughter, was difficult for her. People magazine released a retrospective of her career back in the year 2000. She said that growing up as a girl in the spotlight was not simple. Elson, who was green eyed New York City native grew by traveling because of the job in advertising that her father held. When she was just ten years old she had lived throughout New York Chicago San Diego as well as Los Angeles. When she was in San Diego Andrea got an agent, and was able to get the role she tried to audition for. Fusco explained the decision by saying "ALF has 285 years, therefore he's old enough to drink beer." Since ALF's popularity increased with kids, NBC informed Fusco that it was not allowed to drink alcohol because the children were watching. The show was a poor illustration. However, even though Fusco believed that ALF was an adult he can do it the alcohol ... Death. In 1995 Fusco was diagnosed lymphoma. The treatment was successful and the disease remained in remission until the year 2019. He passed away from the illness on June 26, 2019, at the age of 75 in the Lillian Booth Actors Home in Englewood New Jersey.
